Travels Insurance
Its highly advised to purchase travels insurance for the holiday. In the unfortunate event something happens, you’ll want to be covered (An ER visit for something minor can easily cost $1800).
Travel insurance usually covers medical expenses, lost luggage, flight cancellations, and other losses that a traveler can incur while travelling
Spending Money
You should bring spending money for your trip for food, gifts and anything else you wish to purchase while on holiday
Clothing
You should bring clothing suitable for when you are visiting (It get’s pretty hot during summer so Jeans/Shorts + T-Shirt is well suited. However you will want to bring some jumpers for fall harvest as it can get cold, especially at night. You’ll also want to bring some clean work boots for use on the tour.
Note that clothing is cheaper in the USA, so you’ll have the opportunity to grab some clothing while you are here.
